Traditional range
This range is based on those cavas produced using the region’s typical varieties: Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Parellada (with the exception of the rosé which is produced using Carinena and Tempranillo), in line with the strictest orthodoxy of cava wine but incorporating those technological advances which enhance its quality:
Tasting note
A superb combination of the traditional varieties. Brilliant gold colour. Very fine, persistent bubbles. Inviting, elegant bouquet, with strong hints of fruit and aging. Full-bodied, fresh and dry. Perfectly balanced for the perfect equation: body and lightness. A cava with the highest rating (5 stars) in the value-for-money section in the Peñín Guide 2008. The house’s best-selling cava.
