Celler Vell proposes participate in a unique experience: a workshop of making champagne cocktails that we will do next April 10 at 20:00 in the Tirsa, considered by many the best cocktail bar in Barcelona.
The workshop will begin with a tasting of three of our cavas by our manager Josep Maria Estruch. Then the barwoman of Tirsa, Miriam Campa, introduce us to the world of cava cocktails and teach us how to prepare some of the cocktails with cava as the main ingredient: Bellini, Kir Royal or the Prince of Wales between others. For all of them, we will use our Brut cava. The course will take a practical part where all attendees may wish to develop their cava cocktails.
