Gamma Tradicional - Traditional Range

This range is based on the Cavas produced with the typical varieties of the region: Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Parellada (except for the rosé), and replies to the most strict orthodoxy of Cava wine, but incorporates the technological advantages that enhance the quality.

Our traditional Cavas are:
Semi Sec (Medium Sweet), Brut and Brut Nature Reserva.

Semi Sec (Medium Sweet)

An intense golden colour with an abundance of bubbles. Lightly sweet and velvety, with personality.

Brut

A light golden colour with greenish reflections. Very fine, abundant bubbles. Clean, intense aroma. Fruity, balanced and tasty.

Brut Nature Reserva

A magnificent combination of the traditional varieties. Brilliant golden colour, very fine, persistent bubbles. With an attractive, elegant aroma and good touches of fruit and maturing. Broad, fresh and dry. Ideal for hors d’oeuvres, smoked products, rice dishes, fish and white meats.
