With the tirages, the first step in the production of cava which consists in bottleing base wine which is added the tirage liqueur, sugar and yeast designed to provoke a second fermentation will cause the foaming property.
Once filled, these bottles will transfer to the depth of our cellars, where they remain in a horizontal position, in rhyme, and will later be transferred to the desks. This whole process will take at least 15 months, depending on the type of cava, until the time of disgorgement arrives.
Besides traditional cavas, this year we make allocations for the development of Pink, the Gran Reserva cava and our high-end Cuvee Les Solanes..
