Pairing with chocolate

On 14th March we participated with our cava Estruch Nature Clàssic in a pairing event with chocolates of the prestigious chocolate-maker Simon Coll, with other sparkling wine makers.

The event was in the "Aula de Tast" of Barcelona Vinos, in the heart of Gracia district and was hosted by Commercial Manager of Simon Coll, Mr. Joan Carles Mosquera. On of the most celebrated moments of the event was the macthing of our cava Estruch Nature Clàssic with the chocolate truffles. The creamy twist of our cava matched perfectly with the finesse of the chocolate truffle.
