The Celler Vell winery succeeded at 50 Great Cavas with three sparkling wines on the list. Achieving a score of 93/100, stood out the Brut Nature Reserva 2009, with dominant secondary flavors of fruits, figs and bakery products. Volume and body in the mouth.
The Gran Reserva Extra Brut 2008 has achieved a score of 90/100, and was awarded as the best Extra Brut. A Golden colour tinged cava with old gold reflections. Aromas of cooked apples with notes of almond, honey and toast. A delicate and supple balance of sweetness and acidity. Furthermore, the Cuvée “Les Solanes” 2008 has achieved a score of 89/100. It is a golden, intense cava with very fine bubbles. Aromas of tropical fruits and an overtone of vanilla and nutmeg. Dry, but tasty in mouth. Velvety.
