Besides the principal event, they celebrate a dinner, which was perfectly combined with different cavas. In the central menu, our Cuvée Les Solanes cava was served to accompany an exclusive dish, the ‘Iberian pork carpaccio, foie gras and vinaigrette Condado de Huelva’. This traditional Cava is made 1 / 3 of Xarelo, 1 / 3 Chardonnay, fermented separately in French oak barrels of300 l.
This act, which was opened by the secretary of MARM, Eduardo Tamarit, was organized by the Asociación Patronal de Pequeños y Medianos elaboradores de Cava (PIMECAVA) and the Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Jamón Huelva.
